Chilito Rojo was born in 2021 as a family business with a clear mission: to share the authentic flavor of Mexican food. Our name pays tribute to our house specialty: red chile stew with meat, a traditional recipe that represents the best of our roots.
In addition, our cheese gorditas have become a customer favorite, thanks to their homemade flavor and the quality of our ingredients. We use products brought directly from Mexico to ensure the authentic taste that sets us apart.
